The Quick Filters feature enables you to easily filter data in Analyze without having to build complex filtering logic. You can quickly apply the filters most relevant to your analysis, saving time and reducing the complexity of filtering data. Using Quick Filters, you access commonly used filters based on your account’s recent activity, which creates consistent filtering across the team.

Types of Quick Filters

  1. InfiniGrow Default Filters
Each page in Analyze includes a set of default filters, customized according to the page’s use case.

    • Default filters cannot be edited or deleted, but can be disabled in the Ops area. If a default filter is applied in one tab and isn’t relevant in another tab, it will appear in an error state.

  2. AI-Generated Filters
InfiniGrow dynamically generates filters based on your account’s recent usage. These might include CRM Fields filters and Funnel Stages filters.

    • AI recommendations can be enabled or disabled as a whole. When enabled, they update daily; when disabled, they still appear in the Ops area to let you know what you’re missing by turning off the feature.

    • Pinning and Managing AI Filters: You can “pin” an AI-recommended filter to keep it available, even if it falls out of the top 3 commonly-used. Pinned filters move to “My Quick Filters,” and the AI recommendations update with the next most commonly used filter.

    • Suggest More: You can view additional AI-recommended filters using the “Suggest More” button, which shows the next 3 commonly used filters.

  3. Manually Created Filters

Users can add their own quick filters. These filters provide maximum flexibility, allowing you to set specific filtering criteria to meet unique analysis needs.

How to Use Quick Filters in Analyze

Step 1: Access Quick Filters

Navigate to the Analyze section to find the Quick Filters in the upper panel. You’ll see a series of dropdowns with default filters like Channels and Campaigns, the AI-generated filters (if you have them enabled), as well as an option to add custom filters.

Step 2: Select a Filter

Choose the filter you want to apply:

  • Include any of Channels: Click on this dropdown to filter by specific marketing channels.

  • Became one of Stages: Filter by funnel stages, for example selecting “Opp” will keep journeys that became an Opp in the past.

Step 3: Apply the Filter

Once you’ve selected your desired values in a filter dropdown, click Apply. The data on the page will update based on the selected filter criteria.

Step 4: Save Filter Combinations

You can save combinations of applied filters as presets for quick access in the future.

Step 5: Resetting Filters

To clear a specific filter, click the “X” icon next to the filter tag within the dropdown. To clear all filters at once, use the Clear All option, which will reset your data view back to the default state without filters.

Step 6: Adding a Custom Filter

If your analysis requires a unique filter configuration, click + Add Custom Filter. This opens a panel where you can create a custom filter based on specific criteria that may not be available in the Quick Filters list.
