The Reports section allows you to easily create, view, and manage reports without the hassle of collecting and organizing data whenever you need to check your performance.
Using Reports, anyone on your team can access InfiniGrow's insights without having to become an InfiniGrow expert.
In this article, we'll guide you through creating your own reports.
Creating a new report
Follow these steps to create your first report from a template:
Step 1: Navigate to the Reports Section
Once logged in, you will be directed to the InfiniGrow dashboard.
From the main navigation bar at the top, click on Reports.
Step 2: Create a new report
In the upper right corner, click on the “new report” button.
Click the "Start from scratch" button.
3. Provide a name for your report, and click "Create report".
Now you have an empty report, and it's time to add some widgets to it.
Adding widgets to your reports
InfiniGrow offers 3 ways in which you can add widgets to reports.
Using the Widget Builder
In your new report, scroll to the bottom click on the " + Create a new widget" button
Customize your widget:
Name your widget - choose a unique name for each widget
Customize the widget to fit the specific needs of your report:
Visualization type (Table / Trend Breakdown / Metric)
Configuration: Metric, Breakdown, Columns, Frequency, Timeframe
Filters, if relevant
Click on "Create widget" at the bottom right corner
Your new widget will be added to the bottom of your report
2. Using 'Add to Report' in the Analyze section
You can add any widget to your report right from the Analyze section.
To add a widget, click on the cogwheel in the top right corner of any widget
Select "Add to Report"
Choose which report you want to add the widget to.
*Note that you can add one widget to multiple reports at once.
Name your widget - choose a unique name for each widget in your report
Click "Save" to add the widget to the report
Note: Your widget will be saved along with all the configurations in the Analyze view (such as the timeframe, filters, attribution model, columns, and metric selections).
3. Using AI Answers
Using AI Answers may be the fastest way to create reports: You can save any AI-generated answer to a report with a simple click on the result's cogwheel.
Note: This behavior is identical to how you'd add to a report from Analyze. The saved widget will include all configurations from the original Answer.
Pro Tips:
Optimal timeframes: Use rolling or default timeframes (this/previous). This way, you won't need to manually adjust the timeframe as time goes by.
Same widget, different perspectives: You can add the same widget more than once, allowing you to compare different KPIs, business segments, or channels on the same screen.
For example, you can save the Impact table with two different attribution models to compare models in one place.
Create multiple Reports: Instead of building a long report that contains many different data points, consider building multiple reports, each answering a different use case/business need.
This way, your reports will remain focused and easy to read for you and other team members.
