InfiniGrow offers three permission levels to give your team the right access for their role: Viewer, Editor, and Admin. Below is a breakdown of what each permission allows.

πŸ“„ Viewer

Viewers have read-only access across most of the platform. This role is ideal for stakeholders who need visibility into performance without making changes.

Viewers can:

  • View Analyze data and apply filters

  • View Reports and apply filters

  • Access AI Answers & Insights pages

Viewers cannot:

  • Save widgets to reports from Analyze or AI Answers

  • Save changes made to existing reports

  • Create or edit anything in the platform (reports, filters, segments, etc.)

πŸ–ŠοΈ Editor

Editors can actively contribute by creating and editing data and reports within InfiniGrow. This role suits marketing practitioners and operations team members.

Editors can do everything Viewers can, plus:

  • Create and manage Goals

  • Create and edit Reports

  • Create and edit Quick Filters and Saved Filters

  • Create and manage Custom Segments

  • Create and manage Alerts

  • Update Planned Budgets in the Plan section

🚧 Admin

Admins have full control over the account, settings, and team management. Every account must have at least one admin.

Admins can do everything Editors can, plus:

  • Manage the Company Account settings, including manage team members

  • Access and edit the Preferences Page

  • Manage Integrations

  • Configure CRM and Website Traffic Settings (when applicable)

  • Manage Channel mapping rules

  • Create new Business Units

πŸ‘₯ Setting Permissions for Users

When inviting a new team member, Admins will be prompted to assign a permission level. This can be updated at any time from the Settings - Account page.

⚠️ Every account must always have at least one Admin.
