Now that you've configured your funnel stages, you can import any of your CRM fields into InfiniGrow for channel mapping and segmentation.

Need help setting up your funnel? Check this step-by-step guide.

What CRM fields should I import?

There are two main uses for CRM fields:

  1. Attribution - Fields that contain data about a user's interaction with your brand (touchpoint data), like the lead source, or a campaign’s name.

  2. Segmentation - Fields that contain data about your product, audience, and qualification process, that you'd like to include in your analysis. Examples for such CRM fields include region, subscription type, or associated SDRs.

When choosing which fields to import into InfiniGrow, ask yourself if they contain data that will help you map channel touchpoints, campaigns, and content, or if they will help you answer business questions.

For each field, you'll have to decide whether it's an attribution field (you'll still be able to use it for segmentation). If you check the "use for attribution" box, you will be able to use this field for channel mapping.

How to add a new CRM field?

Step 1: Click on the “Add new Custom field” button.

Step 2: Add the field details:

  1. Field Name - The name that will appear in InfiniGrow.

  2. CRM - The CRM containing the desired field. If you have only one CRM connected, InfiniGrow will automatically populate the field.

  3. Object - What object contains the field (Lead, Content, Deal, Account, etc.)? For example, the account object most likely contains information about the account’s Region.

  4. Field - The name of the field in your CRM.

Step 3: Merge additional fields:

  1. If you’ve got two or more CRM fields that contain data that should be merged into a single field in InfiniGrow, you can do that by clicking the Merge Additional Field button and selecting an additional field.

  2. If, for example, you’d like to see the import the Lead Source field of both the contact and lead object as a single field in infiniGrow that stores values from both objects, here’s how you can do that:

Step 4: Once you've uploaded all the fields, click save. This will start the import process, in which InfiniGrow imports and arranges all of your data.

You will be able to see the fields in InfiniGrow following the next data refresh.

InfiniGrow will automatically import the following fields:
