The Journeys tab allows you to get a detailed view of every account's journey across all contacts, deals, and touchpoints.

Journey overview metrics

The top section showcases metrics that give you high-level information about your journeys.

Total Accounts - The number of journeys that had an interaction (touchpoint) with your company or a funnel transition during the selected period.

Engaged Accounts - The number of journeys that had an interaction (touchpoint) with your company during the selected period - e.g. accounts that were actively engaged with one of your channels.

Average number of interactions per account - Total number of touchpoints from all journeys, divided by the number of journeys.

Average number of channels per account - Average number of unique channels in a journey.

Journeys Table

Continuing down the page, you’ll see the journeys table, in which you can view the high level data about each journey.

  1. User - The account’s name.

  2. Channels - Icons of channels that appear on the account’s journey.

  3. Recent transition - The account’s most recent funnel stage transition.

  4. Account stage - The account’s most advanced funnel stage transition.

  5. Country - The countries in which touchpoints have been recorded on the journey (IP based).

  6. First touchpoint - Time since the first touchpoint.

  7. Last touchpoint - Time since the most recent touchpoint.

  8. Device - The devices that have been recorded for touchpoint on the journey.

Journey Pop-up

You can view an account’s journey by clicking on the account’s name in the journeys table.

The journey pop-up has two sections:

  • On the left - The account’s journey with all touchpoints and funnel transitions.

  • On the right - Information about this journey, including CRM fields and values, as well as InfiniGrow's journey enrichment data.

Understanding the journey

The journey pop-up shows you all of the touchpoints and funnel transitions an account has had over time.

The journey shows four types of interactions:

  1. Funnel transitions (for example, a lead becomes an MQL).

  2. Channel touchpoints.

  3. Web page views.

  4. Form submissions.

Each interaction has a timestamp and a person or a deal associated with it. When hovering over an interaction, you can get more information about it.

Filters

Journeys can become long and extremely detailed, so in many cases, you’d like to narrow down your view to focus on specific deals, contacts, or hide some channels that clutter your view. You can filter the view by clicking the Filer icon at the top of each journey.

You can filter based on the following:

  • Deals.

  • Channels.

  • Contacts.

For example, filtering the journey to show only a certain deal will display touchpoints of contacts that are associated with that deal (InifiGrow tracks deal-contact associations from your CRM).

**Note that the pop-up filter is not related to Analyze filters and does not affect attribution calculations.

Additional tips

  1. To find a specific journey, use the search bar above the journeys table. You can search by account name, deal name, contact email, or contact name.

  2. You can easily access a contact/deal/company's CRM record right from InfiniGrow, by clicking on their name in the users list.
