InfiniGrow’s Tags feature allows you to group together different types of touchpoints (campaigns, URLs, UTM parameters etc.) under a single label - called a Tag - for easier performance and cost analysis.
🎯 Why Use Tags?
Tags help you:
Group campaigns with a shared purpose (e.g., same product, region, or initiative)
Understand the total cost and ROI of an entire campaign group
Filter and break down reports by these meaningful groupings
For example, instead of analyzing each regional campaign separately, you can tag them all under a Brand Awareness tag to understand combined performance.
🏷️ How to Create and Map Tags
Go to Ops > Mappings > Tags
Click + Add Tag and name your tag
Define mapping rules using fields like:
Channel / Department
UTM parameters
URLs
Salesforce campaign names or statuses
CRM fields
Combine rules using AND/OR logic to include the relevant touchpoints
Example: Create a tag called "Brand Awareness" and map touchpoints where:
UTM Term contains
Brand_Awareness
ORCampaign Name contains
Brand_Awareness
AND Campaign Status equalsResponded
📊 How to Analyze Tags in Impact Table
You can now use Tags in Analyze to understand their cost and impact:
Option 1: Analyze by Primary Segment (Tag)
Use the Primary Segment dropdown to select a Tag and see all related performance data grouped together — cost, cross-funnel performance (e.g. leads, opportunities), revenue, and conversion rates.
Option 2: Break Down Tag Performance by Campaign
Add Campaign as a Secondary Segment to analyze the breakdown within a tag (e.g., "Brand Awareness - US", "Brand Awareness - EMEA").
Option 3: Combine Two Tags
Use the Secondary Segment dropdown to analyze intersections between two tags. This returns only touchpoints that belong to both tags (logical AND).
Example: View all touchpoints that belong to both "Brand Awareness" and "US" tags.
🔍 Filter by Tag
You can filter by Tag in any report or widget by opening the filter menu:
Click on +Add Custom Filter button, and go to Tags
Select the tag(s) you want to include
Click Apply filters
Example: Filter all data to show only touchpoints from "Brand Awareness" campaigns.
⚡ Use Tags in Quick Filters
Want to apply tags more easily across the platform? Create a Quick Filter:
Go to the Quick Filter editor
Select Filter Type: Tags and save
Notes
A touchpoint can belong to multiple tags.
In the Impact Table, only one tag (or a subset of a tag) can be analyzed at a time using the Primary Segment dropdown. This is because a single touchpoint can belong to multiple tags, and comparing tags like "Brand Awareness" and "EMEA" side-by-side could result in overlap and inaccurate comparisons.
