Account Priority helps your Sales and Marketing teams focus on the accounts most likely to convert - based on real engagement, not guesswork.

πŸ“Œ This is a paid add-on feature. Access depends on your contract and current plan. Please contact your CSM if you'd like it enabled.

The Account Priority page ranks your accounts using a proprietary Engagement Score (0–100), updated automatically based on the most recent and meaningful touchpoints per account's journey.

You can use this view to:

  • Prioritize which accounts Sales should engage next

  • Identify accounts that are heating up based on recent activity

  • Export lists of engaged contacts for targeted outreach

Use the "Accounts Active In" timeframe selector to control which accounts appear in the list based on their last engagement dateβ€”i.e., when the most recent touchpoint occurred. The default selection is the last 30 days.

How the Engagement Score Works

Every account gets a score based on the quality, type, and recency of its touchpoints over the past 60 days.

The score is:

  • Normalized across all accounts

  • Takes into account attribution weights based on business logic and your account settings in the platform

    • Weighted toward high-value activity types (e.g. demo request, high-intent pages)

  • Adjusted with a recency factor β€” more recent touchpoints have greater impact on the score

πŸ“Œ Some actions, like repeated visits to key content or participation in multi-channel campaigns, will increase the score significantly.
