Account Priority helps your Sales and Marketing teams focus on the accounts most likely to convert - based on real engagement, not guesswork.
π This is a paid add-on feature. Access depends on your contract and current plan. Please contact your CSM if you'd like it enabled.
The Account Priority page ranks your accounts using a proprietary Engagement Score (0β100), updated automatically based on the most recent and meaningful touchpoints per account's journey.
You can use this view to:
Prioritize which accounts Sales should engage next
Identify accounts that are heating up based on recent activity
Export lists of engaged contacts for targeted outreach
Use the "Accounts Active In" timeframe selector to control which accounts appear in the list based on their last engagement dateβi.e., when the most recent touchpoint occurred. The default selection is the last 30 days.
How the Engagement Score Works
Every account gets a score based on the quality, type, and recency of its touchpoints over the past 60 days.
The score is:
Normalized across all accounts
Takes into account attribution weights based on business logic and your account settings in the platform
Weighted toward high-value activity types (e.g. demo request, high-intent pages)
Adjusted with a recency factor β more recent touchpoints have greater impact on the score
π Some actions, like repeated visits to key content or participation in multi-channel campaigns, will increase the score significantly.
