The Reports section allows you to easily create, view, and manage reports without the hassle of collecting and organizing data every time you need to check your performance.

Using reports anyone from your team can get access to InfiniGrow insights without having to become an InfiniGrow expert.

In this article, we will guide you through the process of creating your own reports.

How to create a new report?

Step 1: Create the report:

To create a new report, first go to the Reports section.

If this is the first report in your account, you will see an empty state inviting you to create your first report. Simply click on the big blue button labeled "Create Your First Report", and a popup will appear asking you to name your report.

If you already have reports in your account, click on the Reports dropdown in the top left corner of the screen and select "+Create New Report". This will open a popup where you can enter the name of your new report.

Once you name the report and save it, the report will be created.

Now you have an empty report, and it's time to add some widgets to it.

Step 2: Add widgets to the reports

You can add any widget from the Analyze section to your report.

To add a widget, click on the cogwheel in the top right corner of any widget, and select "Add to Report". This will open a popup allowing you to choose which report you want to add the widget to.

Note that you can add a widget to multiple reports at once.

Next, you will be asked to name your widget. Choose a unique name for each widget in your report, and click "Save" to add the widget to the report.

Customize widgets to fit your report

Every widget in the report has its own layout, based on the original Analyze layout, and its own configurations.

Widget configuration includes:

  1. Widget settings (columns, grouping, frequency, etc.).

  2. Timeframe.

  3. Attribution model.

  4. Focus KPI.

  5. Filters.

Before adding a widget to your report, be sure to customize it in Analyze to fit the specific needs of the report.

For example, if you want to create a weekly report that shows the number of new MQLs from the US, you should:

  1. Change the timeframe to "Previous/this Week",

  2. Switch the focus KPI to MQLs

  3. Add a CRM field filter to include Accounts from the US (see photo)

  4. Add the widget to the report, for this example you can add the “Historical Performance” widget.

ProTips:

  1. Timeframe: Use predefined timeframes (this/previous) so that your report's widgets are constantly updated. This way, you won't need to manually adjust the timeframe for each report view.

  2. Widget Duplication: You can add the same widget more than once, allowing you to compare different KPIs, business segments, or channels on the same screen.

  3. Multiple Reports: Consider creating multiple reports for different uses. This way, you can meet your daily needs and stay on top of your results by creating a report for each team, project, or timeframe analysis.
