Edit a channel's category.

Create new channels and categories.

Sometimes you may want to change a channel's category to one that more closely describes the channel and helps you analyze it more easily. To do that:

Step 1: Go to Settings → Attribution Management.

Step 2: Choose the channel category you’d like to edit from the list on the left and the specific channel from the dropdown list.

In the image, we choose Case Study under Content.

Step 3: On the right side, you can edit the channel’s category from the dropdown menu. Don't forget to click “Save”.

Step 1: Go to the Plan section and click on the "Edit" button. Then, select "Add Channel" from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Select your new channel’s category or choose “other” (you’ll be able to create and edit the category later). Congrats, you’ve created a new channel! To create a new category, continue to the next step.

Step 3: Go to the Attribution Management page and search for your new channel.

Step 4: In the Category field, write the name of your new category and click on “Add New Category as a Category”.

That’s it! Don’t forget to click “Save” 😉
