Keep track of crucial events and milestones through Slack and Email notifications.

Alerts allow you to track:

  • Account Engagements: Create a list of your targeted accounts, to get an alert when a contact has a new engagement.

  • Goal Progress: Track changes on one of your goals – get an alert when its status changes (from on track to off track and vice versa).

  • Anomaly Detection: Define an anomaly (for example, LinkedIn MQLs increase by 20%) and receive an alert when it is triggered.

This ensure that you never miss a beat, and allows you to take action and optimize your business results.

How to Configure Alerts in InfiniGrow

Setting up alerts in InfiniGrow can be done in a few different ways within the platform:

  • From the "Alerts" tab under "Ops"

  • From a specific Goal widget in "Analyze" - "Overview"

  • From the Journeys table in "Analyze" - "Journeys"

Follow these steps to create your first alert:

Step 1: Set a Trigger

  1. Select the trigger type (Account Engagements, Goal Tracking, or Anomaly Detection)

  2. Define the trigger:

    1. For "Account Engagements" - the accounts list you want to track (using filters, if any)

    2. For "Goal Tracking" - the goal you want to track

    3. For "Anomaly Detection" - the rule that defines an anomaly

Step 2: Create an Alert

  • Alert Type: Choose whether you want to receive notifications via Slack or Email.

  • Frequency: Decide how often you want to receive these alerts – Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

  • Channel/Recipients: Specify the Slack channel or email recipients for these alerts.

Step 3: Preview (Optional)

Review your alert configuration and make any necessary adjustments.

Step 4: Save

Once ready, save your settings to activate the alert.

You can always go back to the alert's settings to edit or delete it.

All set!

Customized alerts ensure that you are always aware of key developments and can respond promptly to optimize your business outcomes.
